Incinerator mounted on homolagated by Romanian Automotive Register semi-trailer (towable by a compatible truck) fully equipped for rapid field interventions (eg fuel tank, current generator, light tower, etc.) and continuous use 24/24 hours.

Incinerators for emergency situations (IncinerPro u) are intended for:

  • Fast elimination of animal waste in the event of diseases outbreaks (e.g. avian influenza, swine fever), where the conventional methods and equipment are outdated as burning and loading capacities.
  • Keep a higher level of bio-security 
  • Fast animal waste incineration at the place where it was produced (animal farm, slaughterhouse, meat processing plants, etc)

Burning rate, load capacity, fuel and current consumption are parameters that depend on the waste (type, volume, animal species and age, animal waste age, humidity, density, how it was mixed), incinerator loading mode, technical state of the burners and incinerator, fuel quality.

It is very important to understand that the burning rate is heavily influenced by many parameters. Because there are no 2 identical waste batches, the operator(s) must try to load a mixture of different animal wastes for a better incineration process.  A correct mixture of waste will ensure better burning rate and lower fuel consumption.

Please read the instructions carefully and follow our technical advice as much as possible. Burning process in an animal waste incinerator is different from burning process in a boiler (where only fuel is burned).

IncinerPro mobile incinerators from the “u” range, fixed on the semi-trailer, are homolagated by Romanian Automotive Register, the whole assembly respecting the transport requirements on public roads in Romania, according to the Government Ordinance no. 43/1997 regarding the regime of roads, with subsequent modifications and completions, not being oversized.

The entire range of incinerators for emergency situations IncinerPro (eg: u7000, u6500, etc.) includes models equipped with the 2nd combustion chamber (post-combustion chamber) and in compliance with EC Regulations 1069/2009 (of the European Parliament and of the Council). ) and the EU Implementing Regulation no. 142/2011 (of the Commission).

Models mounted on semi-trailers are also available on the platform, for use in fixed places.
